LeCayla is a metering and billing infrastructure for packaged software applications. Similar to a utility meter, it records and reports all types of software application usage. It allows Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to offer software applications using any pricing model or mix of pricing models from On-Demand to SaaS pricing, including perpetual per-user, term license, subscription, pay-per-use, and hybrid pricing.
