So you're managing your first SOA project, now what? You need to figure out a few things including an approach, staffing, planning, budget, and candidate standards and technologies. Indeed, getting your SOA project going is complex and tricky, and those who don't understand exactly what they are doing are at a much higher risk for failure. With millions of dollars at stake considering the cost of the project and potential benefits, failure is not an option.
In this Webinar I'll show you, step by step, how to get your first SOA project going, including what to think about in terms of methodologies and approaches, tools and technologies, staffing, budgets, and realistic planning techniques that will make you a SOA hero right out of the gate.
