Virtual desktop

Hello,

For a long time there is a buzz about virtual desktop that will enable us to thin (a.k.a cheap) clients.
I wonder if my idea could work. In my work I use some browser based client to work on my servers that are all virtual.
Will it be possible for me to get a virtual PC from Amazon cloud with Windows 7 system?
Would I be able to work on that virtual PC with such browser based client?
Would it be cheap?

Set your price for such possibility in the comments.

Yours once more,
Noam
