Last Wednesday at the Gartner Portals, Content and Collaboration Summit in Baltimore, MD, I had the opportunity to meet up with Andy Wang and Kimberly Samuelson from Laserfiche, an enterprise content management (ECM) vendor.
In a podcast interview, Samuelson, Laserfiche's Director of Government Strategy, gave me a preview of the session Laserfiche would give later that day called "Cultivating Business Agility Through Data Governance: Agile ECM."
Here, Samuelson explains the "governance quadrant" (people, processes, technology, and enterprise risk management), the three ways ECM is being used these days, and her thoughts on the PCC Summit.
