Talking to the Texas CIO of the Year: Podcast from the Laserfiche Institute Conference

Just got back from Empower 2010, ECM vendor Laserfiche's annual user conference in Los Angeles, CA.

While there, I had the exciting opportunity to interview the CIO of Collin County, TX, fresh from her keynote presentation on Tuesday. Caren Skipworth was named 2009 Texas CIO of the Year by Government Technology Magazine, and Collin County was recognized by Laserfiche as their 2009 Run Smarter Awards Winner for their County Government category. I was also able to interview Margaret Anderson in this podcast, who is the Records Manager for Collin County. Hear Anderson and Skipworth discuss the following:
