Podcast: How Medical Device Implants Company RMS Leveraged Laserfiche for BPM

On Day 2 of Empower 2010, this year's Laserfiche Institute Conference in Los Angeles, CA, I had a chance to speak with Michael Eklund, IS Coordinator at RMS.

RMS, a Mineapolis-St. Paul-based company that manufactures medical device implants and surgical instruments, considered multiple technology vendors for streamlining and accelerating their business processes. In the end, they selected Laserfiche because of its comprehensive capture, search and workflow functionality, as well as the strength of Laserfiche reseller Crabtree Companies.

Laserfiche named RMS a 2009 Run Smarter Awards Winner in the Commerical category.
