Nastel and Forrester Answer "Is Ultra Low-Latency Enough to Achieve High Business Transaction Performance?"

The following was brought to my attention by Charley Rich, VP Marketing and Product Management at Nastel Technologies.

On Nov. 4, 2009, Nastel and Forrester Research hosted a financial services webinar titled "Ultra Low-Latency:The Holy Grail for Business Transaction Performance."

The webinar is geared toward financial services professionals and will discuss the following points:

  • The importance of application performance management
  • how transaction monitoring can work proactively
  • strategies for efficient business transaction management using complex event processing

The web seminar will also cover tips on how to:

  • Improve order flow latency through full visibility of business transactions, their performance and their behavior
  • Fix problems before they affect processes and performance
    • Identify pain points when processes appear to be running correctly but products are wrong
