SOA is SOA is SOA. There's no little SOA, no big SOA, no BSOA, no ESOA. ITS S-O-A! Period! It's too early in the year to argue this stuff again!
The business cares about results, not technology... I would "introduce" any technology to the rest of corporate business by rolling out completed solutions based on business requirements and calculating and shring the ROI of such solutions.
If you need to make a case for more funding for any effort related to SOA, do it by showing how using a SOA approach resulted in better, faster, cheaper for the business.
