Activation Rules and Decision Rules

Marco wrote a nice response to my blog post on rules in CEP where he introduced the idea of activation rules distinguished from decision rules. I can't decide if I like the name "activation rules" - I think event rules might be more obvious to folks - but I appreciate his comments about the problem that everything is a rule!
