The lead article on Intelligent Enterprise today is one by Barb von Halle - "The Rule Maturity Model: Five Steps to an Agile Enterprise" - well worth a read as an introduction to the stages of adoption of business rules technology. The second is a Q&A with me about the book I just finished with Neil Raden - "Smart Systems Without Rocket Science" - worth a read as a quick introduction to the topic of the book, building smarter systems using business rules and analytics.
