I recently found a new blogger with some interesting content - Cyril Brookes (cyrilonbi.wordpress.com). Cyril has two recent posts that I liked:

As I said to Cyril, I find the identification and description of micro-decisions particularly important in this and like to consider decision services as a way to automate these decisions. In part this helps address some of Cyril's concerns about shared decisions as the decision itself becomes the focus.
