The new issue of SOA magazine appeared online and has two nice articles:
-
Service Elicitation: Defining the Conceptual Service
by Cyrille Thilloy this article gives a nice overview of how to build a service inventory. Note that my view of decision services is that they are a subset of entity services as described in the article and that there are a number of uses for them (7 in fact) -
SOA and EDA: Using Events to Bridge Decoupled Service Boundaries
by Jack van Hoof who has a blog I read and whose work on SOA and EDA has caught my eye before
I have written an article on rules and SOA for the magazine in the past.
Technorati Tags: business rules, decision service, SOA, EDA
