At Gartner's BPM Summit in Orlando last week, I sat down with Jeremy Westerman, head of BPM Product Marketing for TIBCO. Jeremy discusses why TIBCO has added Spotfire, a BI solution, to their BPM (also see this press release). Then Jeremy gives 3 key differentiators for TIBCO's solution, and in answering why BPM needs visibility in the business, gives one of the best quotes from the summit: "You build that application for six months and you put it into production for six years."
