Last week I caught up with Thomas Wayman, VP of Marketing for Laserfiche, at Gartner's Portals, Content & Collaboration Summit. I wanted to record a podcast with him because Laserfiche is right in the sweet spot of what everyone was buzzing about at the show: content management. Why? Well, as Thomas explains in our podcast, as companies lay off employees, they are losing critical knowledge, knowledge which can only be retained through content management. Also, as companies downsize, they must boost the efficiency of the remaining employees, and the way to do that is through document managment. Definitely worth a listen below.
