Turning BPM Upside Down: Live Podcast With Savvion

On Monday afternoon at the Gartner BPM Summit, I sat down with Dr. Ketabchi, the President and CEO of Savvion. Savvion has recently gone through a complete redesign and refocus, so it's worthwhile to check their website out. In this podcast, Dr. Ketabchi explains Savvion's new approach, which is 'Process makes perfect.' He also drills down on what seems like the ideal approach to these difficult times, which is the continuous improvement of business processes. Definitely give it a listen.
