BPM, the Tool to Succeed in Hard Times: Appian Explains

My timing was perfect when I hit the Appian booth at the Gartner BPM Summit. I was in search of a live podcast, and Matthew W. Calkins, CEO of Appian, was passing through having just given a well-received keynote speech and only had minutes to spare. Luckily my MP3 recorder is portable. In the podcast Matthew gave me a quick overview of his speech, a summary of Appian Anywhere, and made a very interesting point: that BPM is most valuable when it is most difficult to justify a new project. Definitely worth a listen.
