I always enjoy the opportunity to record a live podcast with one of the big speakers at the event. Jim Rudden, VP of Marketing for Lombardi, gave one of the more talked about presentations at the show, and in this podcast we talk about the ever-growing importance of BPM and the 11 habits of highly successful companies. Jim hits on a point I fully agree with: in these trying times, it's not that the employees who still have jobs have less work to do, but they have more work than ever. And how are these employees supposed to do more with less? With BPM, of course, which makes this a rather insightful podcast.
