Beyond Testing to Validation: Live Podcast With iTKO

Last week in Las Vegas, I stopped by the booth of iTKO, and was told that John Michelsen, the co-founder and chief geek of the company (that's what it says on his business card), was at his first conference in years. Unable to pass up an opportunity like that, I pulled out my trusty MP3 recorder and quickly recorded a podcast with John, asking him all about what's going on with iTKO now and in the future.
